When you submit a repair request or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, the location you provide (typed address or, with your permission, GPS coordinates) and a description of your repair issue. We only request GPS access when you tap the location button — it is always optional.
We use your details solely to dispatch a technician, contact you about your request, and provide our repair services. Location data is used to route the nearest unit to you.
Browser GPS is requested only with your explicit consent and used for dispatching only. If you decline or GPS is unavailable, you can enter your location manually — we will never block a repair request because GPS failed.
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with our dispatch and service technicians to fulfill your request.
We retain enquiry records for service, warranty and accounting purposes, then delete them when no longer required.
